Job Duties

1. 完成甲方已成交项目的软硬件系统工程实施、用户培训、软件调试、后期维护等工作；
complete the software and hardware system engineering implementation, user training, software debugging, and maintenance of Party A’s completed projects;
2. 参与甲方对潜在客户的调研工作；
participate in Party A's investigation and survey on potential customers;
3. 解决系统开发和维护过程中的技术问题，进行软件的安装、调试、数据割接、项目推广等工作；
solve the technical problems in the process of system development and maintenance, carry out software installation, debugging, data cutover, project promotion, etc;
4. 协助销售人员完成销售所需要的技术工作；
assist the sales staff to complete the technical work required by sales related work;
5. 配合甲方做好客户维护工作；
cooperate with Party A to do customer maintenance;
6. 拟订相关技术文档；
draft relevant technical documents;
7. 适时向上级主管汇报工作进展情况；
report the progress to the supervisor in time;
8. 完成甲方及上级主管交付的其他工作任务。
complete other tasks assigned by Party A and supervisor.
