Job Title: Supply Development Manager

Responsibilities:
? Coach and training on supply management skills to team
? Standardize and optimize working way with supplier
? Create and manage operations team supply tools, including supply board, capacity, component management tools etc
? Measure and improve supply performance
? Alert report and routine
? Launch & coach on specific supply project depending on priority - LT reduction etc

Key accountabilities:
? Improve the Supply Chain skills of team and vendors
? Create and optimize Supply Chain tools, ERP, Excel etc.
? Optimize the standard and working process within the team
? Improve Supply Chain KPI, On time delivery, lead time reduction

Qualifications:
? >5 experience in supply chain management, major in SCM preferred
? Solid Excel skills
? Fluent oral English
? Passionate in supply chain optimization
? Patient, good communication and Leadership skills
