工作职责:

1、Leading a team to design and development of RF switches and/or Rx module for cellular applications, potentially using SOI and CMOS either standalone and or integrated into a multi-chip module (MCM)

2、Team setup and management, resource al"location". Support production strategy and roadmap.

3、Plan and execute the aggressive schedule based on production roadmap. Responsible for it.

4、System-level specification, floor planning, characterization, and productization experience are desired

5、Manage and present design trade-offs including performance, size, cost and time to market

6、Expert use of RF measurement equipment with the ability to troubleshoot measurement issues

7、Support analog circuitry as needed (charge pump, LDOs, level shifters, band gaps)

8、Present design work during peer reviews including expected and/or actual results

9、Provide regular progress update to development team

10、Contribute to cross functional continuous improvement efforts

任职资格:

1、MSEE degree required; 8+ years of experience in switch, LNA and/or Rx Module design. Team leader experience.

2、Proven track record designing with Cadence including layout with strong background in various linear and nonlinear simulation techniques and simulators

3、Extensive experience mitigating parasitic effects from package or PCB relying on EM simulation including proficient use of HFSS, ADS FEM or similar

4、Strong background with RF measurements and characterization including S-parameter, noise figure, harmonics, intermodulation distortion

5、Demonstrated experience in standard RF design techniques and debugging/resolving analog/RF/mixed signal noise issues and RF coupling

6、Working knowledge of device physics, especially tradeoffs applying for switch, LNA designs

7、Excellent written and spoken communication skills

8、Successful release of production switches or Rx module for mobile applications.
