Financial Officer
Require:

1. College degree or above majoring in finance, intermediate accounting qualification, familiar with Chinese GAAP, CPA is preferred
2. English CET-4 or above, proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing. Can fully communicate with foreigners.
3. More than 8 years experience in corporate finance.
4. Have experience in foreign trade export tax rebates, and be familiar with relevant regulations such as exemption, credit, and refund.
5. Have teamwork and related management experience

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the overall accounting of the company. Review and supervise the company's day-to-day accounting and financial activities in accordance with the provisions of the national accounting system to ensure authenticity, accuracy and timeliness;
2. Strengthen daily financial management and cost control. Formulate and improve the company's financial accounting system, rules and regulations and methods;
3. Participate in the review or drafting of important economic contracts and economic agreements from the perspective of accounting and economic law. By understanding the business operation process, sorting out the financial-related business process, providing financial management suggestions and solutions; assisting managers in project management, including project approval, project tracking, budget control, project effect analysis, etc.;
4. Budget management, organize the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports and financial analysis of the company. Analyze and check the company's financial revenue and expenditure and budget execution.
5. Review the company's original documents, handle daily accounting business; be familiar with the accounting of current accounts. Prepare the company's financial statements on a regular basis.
6. According to the principle of economic accounting, regularly check and analyze the company's financial, cost and profit implementation, tap the potential of increasing revenue and reducing expenditure, and evaluate the effect of capital use;
7. Guarantee to pay taxes and calculate profits on time, and be responsible for reviewing payable taxes, profits and other payables in strict accordance with national tax laws and other regulations.
8. Design various financial analysis templates according to management needs.
财务主管
要求：

1. 财务专业大专以上学历，会计中级资格，熟悉中国GAAP,注册会计师优先
2. 英语CET-4级或以上，熟练地听，说，读，写能力.可以和外籍人士充分交流。
3. 8年以上企业财务经验.
4. 具有外贸出口退税经验,熟悉免抵退等相关规定。
5.具有团队合作和相关管理经验

工作职责：

1. 负责公司全盘账务。按照国家会计制度的规定，审查和监督公司的日常会计处理和财务活动，确保真实性、准确性和及时性;
2. 加强日常财务管理和成本控制.制定和完善公司财务会计制度、规章制度和办法;
3. 从会计和经济法的角度参与审查或起草重要的经济合同和经济协议。通过了解业务运作流程，整理财务相关业务流程，提供财务管理建议和解决方案; 协助经理进行项目管理，包括项目审批、项目跟踪、预算控制、项目效果分析等;
4. 预算管理，组织编制公司月度、季度报告及财务分析。分析、检查公司财务收支和预算执行情况.
5. 审核公司原始凭证，办理日常会计业务; 熟悉往来款的核算。定期编制公司财务报表。
6. 根据经济核算原则，定期检查分析公司财务、成本、利润执行情况，挖掘增收节支潜力，评估资金使用效果;
7. 保证按时缴纳税款和计算利润, 负责严格按照国家税收法律等规定审核应纳税款、应付利润等应纳款项.
8. 根据管理需要设计各种财务分析模板。
