Responsibility of the function “NPI engineer”:
新产品导入工程师的工作职责：
To ensure whole project works running well in terms of fulfilling Customer requirements
确保项目工作顺利开展，且能充分满足客户需求
1)Continuously improve new product introduction process & documentation work in terms of introduction progress is effectively controlled
持续优化新产品导入流程和相关文控工作，确保新产品导入的全过程高效可控
2)To ensure new product process flow, efficiency and quality ... all well considered and evaluated before handover to series production
确保新产品导入量产前，其工艺流程，效率，品质等各方面得到充分的考量和评估
3)Guiding colleagues from different functions (QA, PP, PE…..) of BU-Sensor team in a professional, respectful and target oriented way to achieve the best new product introduction results.
以专业、尊重和目标为导向的风格，和不同职能部门的同事(品质，生管，工程…..)一同将新产品导入工作推动到***状态

Detailed job description:
详细的工作描述:
1)Responsible for the new product design review and the technical commuinication with the customer then provide the suggestion. And analyze possible operational problems can be prevented at early stage
与客户进行新产品设计评审，进行设计交流且提供建议， 并在早期预防可能的操作问题
2)Lead the RFQ for the new product and support the creation of the BOM.
主导新产品的报价以及协助创建BOM;
3) Define new machine, fxitures and process in the project phase
在项目阶段导入必要的新设备，工模治具以及工艺流程，
4)Lead the new production samples and series production and provide the training to the production team, solve the production issue and until the the new product can release to mass production;
主导新产品的样品生产和试生产，负责提供给生产线必要的培训以及生产出现的问题提供解决方案，直到顺利转移到量产。
5)Responsible executing the new product ECN，ensure another department can complete the related task.
负责执行新产品的工程变更, 确保各部门完成变更所需的评审工作。
6)Responsible review the new product WI(SOP), so that it can be released for the production.
负责评审新产品作业指导书以致可以发布给生产使用。
7)Responsible for new product release and handover to series production
主导新产品的发布及项目转量产的交接工作

Job requirement
岗位要求：
1)Degree required: Bachelor or above, the degree requirement may be reduced if you have rich experience.
学历要求：统招本科及以上学历，经验丰富可适当降低学历要求；
2)Work experience required: At least 3 years manufacturing experience, cable assembly and connector assembling experience is preferred
经验要求：3年以上的制造业工作经验，有线束/连接器加工行业经验优先考虑；
3)Basic skills: Able to use English as the working language, good verbal communication in English is must, able to use MS office.
基本技能：英语可作为工作语言，必须具备和国外同事进行口语交流的能力，熟练使用MS office。
