Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall service activity in the South of China.
• Technical support on post-sales phase, including technology consulting, operating issues, trouble shooting
• Set up the system, verify it to customer, and provide professional training for customer
• Do a fast inspection and make the decision on how to repair the returned items.
• Responsible for finding root cause, and resolve issues in cooperation with customer, service, RD, Production Division.

                        

Qualifications

• University degree or above in engineering, electronics, optics, mechanics or automation. Experience in motion controlling is a plus.
• Be proactive, responsible, and independent
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Need Travel
• Be organized, flexible, and able to work under pressure
• Familiar with motion controller and drive
• Service and application experience of more than 3 years in engineering, electronics, optics, mechanics or automation. Experience in motion controlling is a plus.
