职位描述
工作职责：
- Explore new relationship and manage existing relationship of Real Estate companies and funds.
- Execute Department’s real estate banking strategy under guidance of management.
- Maximizing bank’s revenue using the bank’s capital and resources in efficient manner and in cooperation with various departments and sections of the Bank via bank facilities, cash management, bond investment and other banking service/products.
- Improve SMBC’s Real Estate market profile in descent compliance of credit, compliance and operation policy. Good communication capability with Legal & Compliance departments as well as back & middle offices is needed.
- Conduct credit analysis of real estate with-recourse financing and post monitoring. Mandate transaction hunting for target clients.
- Follow up latest real estate regulations and market trend and work with group head on exploring new RE, logistics and IDC market
- Coach ARM/junior RM via working together on complicated transactions.
任职资格：
-University graduate; min. 4 years experience in banking/financial services industry; 3 years or more as real estate relationship manager is preferred.
- Relationship management, credit monitoring, risk management, financial analysis, banking and finance products, negotiation and presentation, communication.
-Good understanding of Real Estate industry and regulation, Corporate Finance, Project Finance, Syndicated Loan, On/offshore financing
- Fluent English speaking and writing, Good PC skills, teamwork spirit.
