一．职务：区域销售经理 (South China)

二.工作地点：深圳

三．资质要求：

1、10年以上在消费电子、汽车电子、光学、航空航天等相关行业的工作经验或以其为目标市场的胶水行业经验，有销售团队管理经验者佳，对工业胶水领域有深入了解；
2、英语或德语听说读写佳（必须）、强大的沟通能力和商务谈判能力；
3、本科及以上学历，理工科背景，机械/力学/机电/化工机械/材料等相关专业佳；
4、为人正直、责任心强、思维敏捷、具有进取心和团队合作意识；
5、善于思考，逻辑思维能力强，目标导向，具有挑战精神；

四．岗位描述：
1、管理、激励华南销售团队，不断推进销售团队的项目至成功；
2、根据公司销售战略，负责Panacol产品在相关领域的业务开拓；
3、维护现有重点客户关系，开发新的潜在大客户；
4、收集行业产品和需求信息，深入了解行业动态，并能及时准确地反馈给公司；
5、挖掘市场信息，及时发现新市场并提供调研报告；
