Responsible for establish the HSF system, new material acknowledgment, material composition data/unit weight and other material information collection, customer data preparation, IQC incoming material HSF test; HSF external testing, in-direct material list establishment and testing, List all the RoHS test report and update, etc.

Responsibilities
-Identification and assessment HSF laws and directive for LTS product ; Such as RoHS, REACH. China ROHS , HF，CP65, TSCA, POPS, PFOA/PFOS and so on .
-Establish the HSF system.including related standard collect and issue and update HSF document;
-Complete all customer HSF survey. Such as ROHS/REACH declaration, IMDS(AL), chemSHRPA(HITACHI). MCD(Huawei), BoMCHECK(Philips/ Siemens) ,IPC1725(Jabil). JAMA, AIS Quick GADSL and so on.
-Participate in supplier HSF system audit when new suppler deveropment or the supplier has HSF issue
-New material acknowledgment. Including collect all the material composition data. Unit weight. MSDS,test report and report compliance review.
-Establish all material test report list of LTS and update it regular.
-Responsible for IQC incoming material HSF test and test it according to HSF risk level.
-Responsible for establish the in-direct material list and regular test it according to HSF risk level.
-Responsible for finish goods HSF test.
-Responsible for deal with the HSF abnormal. Such as incoming issue.
-Responsible for customer HSF audit and improvement the audit finding.
-Responsible for HSF internal audit and management review.
-Responsible for HSF training.including LTS staffs and supplier.

Requirements
-Excellent communication skills.
-Ability to work well in a Team environment.
-Ability to work under supervision and with clearly defined project steps.
-Knowledge and experience with QC080000 :2017 and ROHS/REACH directive.
-Knowledge and experience with IPC1725 and chemSHRPA and BomCheck and IMDS
-Basic logical ability and procedure analysis.
-Understand basic materials and basic chemistry .
-Proficiency with Microsoft Windows based Applications (Word, Excel, Access, etc.).
-Fluent English reading and writing skills.

Education/Experience
-College degree or above in chemical or material and related field.
-3-5 years of experience on RoHS
