岗位职责：
Be responsible for key account customer’s order management, provide guidance and advice to CS and WAREHOUSE staff to arrange timely cargo receiving, VAS operation, order delivery as per KA customer’s order timetable and requirement.
负责大客户的订单管理，根据大客户的订单时间表和具体要求，在货物接收、VSA操作及订单交付等各方面为客服和仓库员工提供工作指导和建议。
To setup SOP according to key account customer’s requirement, train CS/WAREHOUSE staff for the operation process and monitor the compliance during the operation
根据大项目客户的要求建立SOP，给予客服/仓库人员有关操作流程方面的培训，并确保这些流程符合相关要求
Assist the business and provide the logistic solution for projects, resource integration such as ship charter/Air Charter/food import and export/transportation of dangerous goods etc.
根据公司业务要求，为项目、资源整合提供物流解决方案，如租船/空运/食品进出口/危险品运输等。
To set up bonded logistics solution including import and export
保税物流的进出口方案的制定
To set up good relationship with customer, carriers and vendors to ensure the smooth operations
与客户、运营商和供应商建立良好的关系，以确保业务的顺利进行
To take regularly review of the work process among the team members and make optimization when necessary to improve the work efficiency.
定期对团队成员的工作流程进行回顾，必要时进行流程优化，提高工作效率。
Provide guidance and coaching to the team members to ensure they work towards to the accomplishment of the department goals.
为团队成员提供工作指引和培训，确保大家可以共同完成部门目标
Talent selection and performance review
人才选拔与绩效考核
Assist the other tasks assigned by General Manager.
协助总经理分配的其他工作.
岗位要求：
Major in Logistic Management/supply Chain/International Freight Forwarder with at least 5 years related working experience and two years management experience.
物流管理，供应链管理，国际货运代理等相关专业，5年以上工作经验，2年以上管理经验
Be Familiar with the shipping/air/railway market price trend, be familiar with the domestic logistics transportation and express.
熟悉海，空运，铁路市场，熟悉国内物流运输及快递
Be familiar with the operation procedure of Bonded warehouse logistics
熟悉保税仓储物流操作流程.
With experience of business affairs is priority.

Fluent in English

International logistics or freight forwarding experience
