Key Accountabilities:
1 Undertake consultancy projects including market studies, data analysis, site inspections, valuation preparation, report writing and presentation to clients
负责顾问项目,包括市场研究、数据分析、实地考察、估值准备、撰写报告及向客户报告;
2 Play a key role and manage team members for the successful execution of advisory assignments

3 Proactively develop new clients and dig out client needs at senior level based on Corporate’s strategy;
根据公司的重点业务发展方向,挖掘项目信息,积极开拓新客户;
4 Maintain good relationship with existing clients

5 Driving the growth and business development activities of the advisory business including bidding and proposal preparation
推动咨询业务的增长和业务发展活动,包括投标和建议书的准备
6 Any other assignments given by line managers

Qualifications
1 8-10 years experiences in real estate consulting environment, and been engaged in commercial real estate / industrial real estate / regional development / investment research
8年-10年房地产咨询行业从业经验,在商业地产/产业地产/区域开发/投资研策等相关领域拥有丰富项目经验
2 Solid business development skills with solid relationship with key real estate clients like developers / governments / investors
出色的业务拓展能力,与房地产开发商、政府机构以及机构投资者具有良好的关系
3 Sound analytical skills. Full of reporting /debriefing experiences.
良好的逻辑思维及口头表达能力,具有丰富的项目汇报经验,能够高质量完成大型/重要汇报
4. Excellent planning, organizing, planning, project implementation and team leadership skills, possess higher interpersonal communication and negotiation skills;
Full trading experience and successful cases are preferred.
卓越的规划、组织、策划、方案执行和团队领导能力,具备较高的人际沟通和谈判技巧; 有全程操盘经验和成功案例者优先考虑。
