Job Description

-       Qualify new and existing suppliers in terms of quality system, process control and 5S management.

-       Work with suppliers in problem solving on quality issues, including customer complaints, drive for corrective actions and continuous improvements.

-       Prepare & lead customer audit & visits.

-       Employ and Train engineers to be job competent.

-       Examine and establish quality goals and approach the goal in a systematic method.

-       Provide technical and quality service to domestic and overseas customers to achieve customer satisfaction.

-       Manage and lead quality team to deploy tasks to achieve company goals.

Qualification

-       8 + years of working experience in Quality Management in Printed Circuit Board manufacturing industry.

-       Capable of English communication, both spoken and written.

-       Experience of working in ISO/IATF 16949 quality system.

-       Frequent travelling, is required.

-       Strong inter-personal communication skills.

-       Have experience of managing customer audit and supplier audit.

-       Bachelor degree or above in chemical/mechanical/ industry engineering
