About the role
We are looking for a passionate, strategic, driven and collaborative marketer to shape the future success of Imaginex Group in China.
The Senior Marketing Manager position is a combination of creative, innovative and inspiration to refresh the fashion and beauty world. This is a highly collaborative role that requires the Senior Marketing Manager to work effectively with different stakeholders, and other cross-functional partners.
Reporting to the Marketing Director of IMX Group, you will be leading a team of 8 to champion market needs for brands across fashion and beauty categories as well as to participate and facilitate new business opportunities.
Main responsibilities
You will be the key person to formulate, build and implement adequate brand, digital, PR communication strategies and marketing plans for China market to support synergy across channels. Not limiting to PR, brand activations, marketing campaigns and initiatives across local omni channels & e-commerce platforms, as well as social media, external PR, retail landlord, Digital marketing agency management and event activation.
You will be leading a team of 8, reporting to the Marketing Director of IMX Group to
? Work closely with Global and Local brand in charge to build a marketing strategy that is strong and plan to drive goals forward to support business growth, e.g. brand awareness, new customer acquisition, engagement and conversion in all communication channels.
? Responsible for market analysis of the consumers, competition, channels, media etc. and responsible to share and present to the Global brand and marketing team. Plan, create and execute local marketing initiatives and PR/brand strategies and activations.
? Develop and deliver strategic media plans with owned media (WeChat/Weibo/Red and etc.) as well as digital paid channels (Tmall, WeChat, Weibo, Red, Tiktock and etc.)
? Be the expert in local paid search/media ad buys/SEM channels by leading strategy development, campaign management, testing and execution.
? Partner cross-functionally with local merchandising, visual, e-commerce and content teams to contribute innovative digital ideas and drive omni marketing campaigns.
? Work closely with ecom team for digital assets & content development and management.
? Assist with negotiation with partners, for competitive terms, marketing resources to ensure the highest brand visibility.
? Manage marketing budget with a constant review on the MROI.

You have a passion for fashion, beauty and creative trends in digital and brand marketing, with a good understanding of the local retail and digital landscape as well as local market trends. You should be a strategic thinker and performance-minded, thrive in a quick moving environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field or equivalent work experience
? Minimum 10 years of brand management / marketing experience, Fashion, and beauty industry experience considered a plus
? Experience in integrated marketing communications not limiting to branding, digital social media, PR and retail. And experience in diverse channel marketing
? Strong in content strategy as well as great conceptual thinking and very strong analytical skills to work out a systematic mapping of potential opportunities
? Strong ability to motivate and influence internal and external parties?
? Strong ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders
? Strong ability to coordinate tasks, manage details and share information (budgets, resources, metrics, timeline management, etc.)
? Demonstrate strong leadership; experience in managing people, external partners, budgets and contract negotiations
? Strong ability to organize, plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines through process improvements and communication practices
? Strategic mindset with strong capabilities in problem-solving
? Constructive, structured and organized
? Driven and willing to take one step further.
? Great written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in English & Mandarin
? Experienced in presentation.
? Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
