Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

 In coordination with the China AIPG Sales Team:

o   Develop both commercial and technical expertise in various medical market segments

o   Define winning strategies and execute the tactics necessary to develop new business, identifying “medical grade” products and/or technologies within the AIPG Group

o   Map key decision makers at major medical device OEMs, and cultivate strong business relationships with them

o   Identify trends, define the competitive landscape, and help position AIPG as a leader in current and emerging medical market segments

o   Facilitate the inception, development and launch of new products or services to support current and future medical market segment requirements

o   Identify strategic acquisition targets, in accordance with company strategy

o   Hold a monthly “Pipeline” Conference call allowing AIPG P&L’s to target a particular OEM; agreeing WHO , WHAT & WHEN

Related Experience and Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred) or Marketing / Business
• At least five years in sales or marketing of electro-mechanical components with a demonstrated track record of successfully growing sales
• At least 3 years of experience in or selling to medical device OEMs

 Other Required Qualifications /Skill Sets:

• Superior oral and written communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical abilities with an understanding of key business metrics
• Travel to meet business objectives both domestically (China) and internationally to various AIPG locations.
