Requirements on 3rd level operations support

？ Familiar with IT Operation Processes (ITIL and/or ITSM)

？ Strong sense on Incident/problem analysis

？ Familiar with system design regarding API gateway, Data platform, SMS and Payment systems

？ English communication skills, can host a technical discussion or reporting meeting independently

？ Strong sense on team work and cooperation

Work Scope of 3rd level operations support

？ Analysis of the problem at source code level, reproduction and debugging

？ Provides workarounds for local application incidents with support from Design and Build team for issue clarification

？ Communicates status, solution (or qualified feedback) and solution time to 2st Level Support

？ Bug-fix and UAT / production deployment

？ Review and update application data dictionary and maintenance handbook

？ Business data request fulfillment

？ Meet SLA defined by BMW

？ Application TRM (DB upgrade, OS upgrade, BO upgrade,) services;

？ Access management; (account request support plus a regular account check and reporting)

？ Problem management;

？ Release & Deployment

？ Change management;

？ Environment maintenance;

？ Performance analysis and improvement;

？ Minor upgrade;

？ TCM services;(twice a year)

？ Validation & Testing services;

？ Documentation management;

？ Capacity management;

？ Availability management ;

？ Knowledge management;

？ Security management; (include Audit finding mitigation);

？ Daily monitoring services;

？ Project management (monthly meeting, provide regular reports, SLA review, etc.).
