任职资格：

1.本科及以上学历，电子/管理/营销/文秘相关专业，良好的英语听说读写能力；
2.三年以上总经理秘书/助理岗位工作经验，有一定电子产品知识或国际贸易领域相关商务常识，有电子行业背景者优先考虑；
3.较好的职业化素质，良好的逻辑思维，沟通协调能力，交际能力，执行力强；
4.计划性，责任心强，能独立处理，跟进事务性工作；
5.有较强的文案编写能力，能撰写计划，总结，报告，分析等；
6.熟悉深圳及周边区域，要求有驾照会开车。

岗位职责：

1.负责总经理交办各类执行事务的管理，计划，跟进及反馈建议；
2.负责制定并完善总经理日常事务及办公工作的流程；
3.负责协助和陪同参与各种内外部商务会议、活动，并协助完成文书类事务的处
4.负责协助总经理处理公司内外部事宜。
