JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Standardize and optimize operation procedure
• Monitor data quality in CW1
• Standardize customer SOP by the information provided by account owner, and delivery training to operation team
• Prepare monthly operational KPI, and perform KPI review with respective team
• Prepare monthly flash report
• Supplier management
• Trouble shooting for CW1
• CW1 training for new comer or exciting staff

                                    

SKILLS & EXPERIENCEONTACT

    

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics or related field
• At least 6 years working experience in freight forwarding industry with similar role
• Have the initiative to tackle the issues, fix problem and optimize process
• Good analytical and communication skill
• Can work under pressure
• Have CW1 implementation experience is a plus
