岗位职责：
1、独立负责公司整体运作体系的建立、实施、维护、改进、提升；同时维护各类证书及流程的有效性和效率性；
2、负责各种审核的策划、实施、总结、改进；
3、负责外部审核的接洽、安排、跟进，如：第三方认证机构、客户等；
4、负责公司内部各部门体系知识的培训和考核等

任职资格：
1、电子等理工科专业本科学历，英语CET-4，听、说、读、写熟练;
2、具备体系管理等相关工作经验3年以上，或具备质量管理经验5年以上；
3、精通各业务部门、质量体系的运作与认证，精通各品质管理工具如：FMEA、APQP、MSA、SPC、PPAP等；
4、熟悉制造行业各部门运作流程和业务运作模式；
5、具备敏锐的洞察能力、发现问题与解决的能力；优秀的沟通协调能力；
6、熟悉国内外ISO9000/ISO14000/QC080000标准及QA工作流程，具有质量审计（GMP，ISO9001,HACCP）和培训工作经验；熟练使用office办公软件
6、有宝洁公司QAKE审核经验优先。
