Key Responsibilities:1.Represents WW service to co-work with GEO team to manage reverse performance to achieve reverse KPI metrics, including but not limit to reverse yield, OTR, credit.2.Lead or participate in Global Service parts related program to improve reverse efficiency.3.Follow the consistent global services parts management policy, process & procedure to achieve and improve effectiveness and success of daily service parts operations and planning for local and worldwide. Fulfill KPI for measuring service management. Publish daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports and forecast to monitor the KPI4. Support planning team for parts supply, including but not limit to hot parts reverse supply pull in and repair strategy implementation.5.Take ownership to drive key service programs to make sure GEO reverse follow the efficient new policy, process and models.6.Play the role to support any programs lead by GEO team including but not limit to tariff, model transitions, etc.Job requirements:1.Bachelor’s degree majoring in Supply Chain, Logistic, International trading, Computer Science, or related2.Must have good verbal and written communication & presentation skills in English, including ability to influence and express concepts concisely to multi-nation audience3.Be eager to learn with fast learning curve4. Strong sense of urgency and be able to standard pressure load.5.Be a dedicated and dependable team player, willing to follow guidelines and management to help the whole team achieve success6.Good program management and communication skills7.Teamwork spirit is highly needed. Be able to adapt to multi-culture, multi-country & multi-time zone business environment with fast changes8. Self-driven, hands-on & results-oriented to perform in a cross-functional internal and external partner environment.9.1-3 years working experiences at least.
