职位描述
Responsibilities:
- strictly follow the ESL document policy
- Based on the Booking and Packing Lists received, prepare English Manifest and despatch to Shippers, Hauliers and Terminal concerned.
-Prepare Draft B/L based on the Shipping Instruction received and send draft to customer, prepare & print correct BL.
- Upon receipt of loading data/confirmation from Terminal, arrange to issue Shipment Advice to Customers.
- Finalise B/L, collect dues and issue the same.
- Perform Manifest Closure.
- Attend to customer queries if any and liaise with concerned port offices as may be required .
Requirements:
- College graduate or above
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Good PC skills in Windows / Excel / Word
- Capable of working independently with limited supervision
- Can work under pressures and tight deadlines
- Willing to accept challenges
- At least 2 year experience in shipping industries
