Main responsibilities :

1. Responsible for Account Receivable including credit control, aging analysis, accounting journals and debtor reconciliations
2. Sales contract management
3. Tax computation and tax filing
4. Assisting on monthend closing
5. Support local management team with generation of financial forecasts and budgets, complete with variance analysis and commentaries
6. Statistical filing as required by the Government bureaus and other in-house departments
7. Prepare and update the accounting guidelines and procedures
8. Ad hoc duties assigned by direct manager

Requirements:

1. College graduate or above, majoring in Accounting
2. Middle-class positional title of accounting（会计中级职称）or above is preferred
3. Solid and hands-on experience in Account Receivable
4. Oracle experience is preferred
5. Good EXCEL skills including functions & privot table
6. At least 5 years' relevant working experience with 3 years in Property Development industry
7. Good English and interpersonal skill
8. Able to work under high pressure and with good self-initiative
9. Good team player
10. Excellent integrity and sense of responsibilities
11. Mature, responsible, and meticulous
