Job Description
Human Resources leads the implementation of the Group’s People strategy, facilitating talent management, succession planning and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement. Ensuring talent practices support relevant stakeholders and reflect HSBC values, the function reviews the people implications of business plans while delivering policies, projects, processes and activities in support of business objectives.
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
Develop and review of enhanced control and governance frameworks under HR to fully compliant with regulatory requirement.
Lead and coordinate regulatory projects, inspection, assessment, survey and associated remediation within HR.
Coordinate and engage HR teams to identify the gaps between current practice against the enhanced and new regulatory requirements and manage implementation within the timeline.
Drive implementation of Non-Financial Risk Optimization (NFRO) within HR, and conduct Business Risk and Control Management (BRCM) required activities as per HR risk TOM.
Manage HR database to ensure that various internal control reports/returns are well prepared，submitted and documented.
Business Continuity and Incident Management, design and review HR departmental BCM plan, management of Accounting for Employee process, BC exercises, risk reporting and other relevant activities as required.
Office Administration, management of physical security, facility management, fixed asset management, procurement and other administrative activities
Act as the primary contact within HR to other functions/branches on HR related regulatory reporting matters.
Implement and execute HR reporting & analytics transformation initiatives & projects for CN Pinnacle.
Qualifications
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
At least 5 years HR related working experience and fast-learning in complex and demanding corporate environment;
Deep understanding of HR business model and regulatory requirements relates to HR;
Strong self-motivation of driving others to accomplish mutual goal and manage conflicts with influencing and negotiation skills;
Proven ability to work well under pressure within demanding and changing timescales and deadlines.
Basic understanding of financial institution’s risk management framework;
Sensitivity to figures and proficiency in quantitative collection;
A good team player with open and supportive/collaborative mindset
Experience on HR Operations, financial services industry is preferred.
