This role reports to the VP of Global Technology Infrastructure and involves working on our IT Services team and supporting all aspects of TradeCard Global IT environment on a 24x7x365 basis, including the following:

• Administration and support of TradeCard LAN/WAN including monitoring and responding to alerts in a timely fashion.
• Installation, set-up, and troubleshooting of hardware and software for end user workstations and laptops.
• Administration and support of multiple internal and SaaS based applications and platforms.
• Phone system administration and support.
• Maintenance of office backup system and off-site tape rotation.
• Consulting with end-users to determine needs and providing user assistance and training.
• Enterprise Systems Management and support.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of IT experience, including IT Services administration and support.
• 2+ years of Windows 2003 Server administration experience, including active directory admin duties.
• Strong Customer Support skills.
• VMWare experience.
• SolarWinds IP Monitor/APM experience.
• Microsoft Outlook and communicator support experience
• Experience installing and supporting Microsoft Office product suite, including Office, Access, and Project.
• Knowledge of network architectures and data communication protocols including: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VOIP.
• Microsoft certification a plus.
• Symantec Backup Exec and Symantec Client Security experience a plus.
• Checkpoint Firewall Experience a plus.
• Netsuite ERP experience a plus.
• Kbox Experience a plus
• SQL experience a plus
• Java script experience a plus
