一、JD职责说明
Direct report to factory manager; 直接向厂长汇报;
Assist factory manager to organize production, equipment, safety and environmental work; 协助厂长组织生产、设备、安环等工作;
Detailing to convey the work arranged by leaders, and follow up to complete.; 细化转达领导安排的各项工作，并跟进完成；
Responsible for coordinating and organizing internal and external important meetings, preparing relevant documents and completing meeting minutes; 负责协调组织召开内、外部重要会议，准备相关文件，完成会议记录;
Others assigned work by factory manager or general manager. 厂长或总经理安排的其他工作。


二、Requirements of skills技能要求
3 years’ experiences driving;3年以上小车驾龄;
Background of engineering or production management;工程或生产管理背景;
Skills with MS, English can be reading and writing;有一定的英语读写能力;
Can work independent, passionate and self-motivated;能够独立工作，充满激情，自我激励;
Good team member, willing to support and to learn, and to accept new challenge.良好的团队合作精神，乐于支持和学习，接受新的挑战.
