Title: QC Manager 质检经理
JOB RESPONSIBILITIEs 工作职责
1. QC inspection and testing 质检验货及测试
● Lead SZ QC team to complete all inspection and testing tasks in a timely manner
带领SZ QC 团队及时完成所有检验和测试任务
● Planning and prioritisation to run tests and inspection tasks with the inspection and test technicians
计划并按优先顺序，安排质检员工完成检货及测试任务
● Coordinate escalations for technical, equipment or other impediments which will cause interruptions to testing and inspections
协调升级或加快解决可能导致测试和检查中断的技术、设备或其他障碍
● Fundamentals, new procedures, and DEV implementation, training and support for inspection and test technicians
对质检员工给予关于基础知识、新程序、DEV 的执行指引、培训和支持
● Monitor, report and inform progress for QC tasks to the project team(s), PMC, and cross-functional managers as appropriate
监控质检任务的进度，并视情况向香港项目团队、物料管控团队和其他跨职能部门经理报告和通知。
● Review and sign-off QC worksheets, D-IQC and other reports and records issued from the QC lab
审查和签署 QC 报告、D-IQC 数字化数据以及 质检组出具的其他报告和记录

● QC equipment set-up checks and sign-offs

● Planning, maintenance and calibration of equipment used in QC lab. Including requisition of external calibration, replacement or repair of equipment or internal calibration support request

● Continuous improvement for 5S, equipment and material handling and safety to build up a world-class testing and inspection capability

3. Team, workload, and culture 团队、工作量和文化
● Lead QC test technicians and inspectors as a QC lab team, including staff availability, workload management.

● Drive proactive and positive team culture with focus on accuracy, repeatability and accurate and timely communication

? Assisting in technical communications between SZ and HK teams（quality team, product team, etc.）

? Supporting the Shenzhen team to maintain a tidy and organized warehouse

REQUIREMENTs职位基本要求
- Bachelor degree or above. Majoring in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
统招本科以上学历（***）, 具学士学位。机械工程或相关专业。（必须项）
- 10 years working experience or above，with at least 3 years at QC managerial role.
十年以上工作经验,至少含3年以上质检团队管理经验。
-Experience in hand-on QC handling & management (especially motor or mechanical parts QC)， familiar with common measurement/testing tools and jigs.
具实际质检操作及管理经验(犹其是马达或机电产品)，熟悉各种测试/测量工具、夹具、治具。
-Good mechanical knowledge. Familiar with common mechanical , electronic & plastic parts preferred.
具良好机械知识，熟识常见机械、电子、塑胶零件优先。
- Familiar with reading drawings of common mechanical and plastic parts (structures and measurements).
能熟练读懂机械零件及塑胶件图纸（结构及尺寸标识）
-Good command of English.
英文良好, 可作为工作语言。 (必须项）
- Experience in supplier quality follow up preferred.
具供应商质量跟进经验优先
- Self-disciplined; initiative and having a strong sense of responsibility
自律、主动并具高度责任心
-Basic computer trouble shooting ability preferred.
