岗位职责：
"1. 负责展阳新开发产品，新样品确认与承认，含全尺寸测量、实验测试(具体见样品承认流程及APQP第二段新物料确认)；
1. Be responsible for the confirmation and recognition of new products and new samples developed by Zhanyang, including full-scale measurement and experimental test (see the sample recognition process and the new material confirmation in the second paragraph of APQP for details);"
"2. 来料异常，出货检验异常反馈并跟进处理(外观、功能、可靠性)需供应商提供8D报告；
2. The supplier is required to provide 8D report for abnormal incoming materials and abnormal feedback and follow-up handling of delivery inspection (appearance, function and reliability);"
"3. 新物料承认相关工作；
3. Work related to new material recognition;"
"4. 新产品FCL制作与更新图纸(含展阳产品、贸易品)；
4. New product FCL making and updating drawings (including Zhanyang products and trade products);"
"5. 新生产设备导入时产品测量确认及CCD MSA分析(设备承认流程)；
5. Product Measurement Confirmation and CCD MSA analysis during the introduction of new production equipment (equipment recognition process);"
"6. 环保资料填写（REACH ROHS HSF CMRT调查表）；
6. Filling in environmental protection data (reach RoHS HSF cmrt questionnaire);"
"7. 录入品质数据报表（SPC CPK 良率）；

任职资格：
"1. 具备ISO9001、IATF16949等质量管理体系的运行与应用能力；
Know quality management system of ISO9001, IATF16949；"
2.熟悉掌握五大工具（Be familiar with the tools: FMEA、SPC、MSA、APQP、PPAP）；
"3. 具备可靠性测试和数据分析能力；
Know how to do reliability test and data analysis；"
"4. 具备一定的沟通协调能力和抗压能力；
Have the ability of communication and coordination and the ability of resisting pressure；"
"5. 大专及以上学历，具备一定的英语基础，能够进行基本的口语交流；
College degree or above，good reading and writing in English；"
"6. 具备一定的产品知识，包括：塑胶，五金，连接器；
Have product knowledge, including: plastic, hardware, connectors；"
"7. 具有较强的工作责任感和团队精神。
