1. Handle direct import orders from timeline setup, order issue in system and release to factory, artwork release, sample approval process, testing, inspection, till goods shipped.
2. Collect, maintain customer requirement, and pass on to relative parties to make sure orders fulfilled as per customer’s requirement.
3. Customer required documents/system fulfill.
4. Simparel update from ISSUE to CONFIRM, including components order
5. Special projects, reports, and other duties as assigned by supervisor.
