工作内容：
1、负责公司在抖音平台的日常运营、内容创作、脚本撰写、粉丝交流互动。
2、负责公司的抖音素材编辑，快速反应热点爆点，吸引眼球；
3、对各种素材包括文字、图片、视频等按照编辑规定进行有效处理；
4、负责产品功能及品牌项目在抖音平台的宣传策划，提高品牌曝光量、知名度和下载量
岗位要求：
1.大专或以上学历，2年以上新媒体、短视频运营、活动策划岗位工作经验，具有抖音个人或商业成功作品者优先；
2.脑洞大、有娱乐精神，创意十足，对用户洞察、社交网络传播、新媒体传播形式有独特见解；
3.学习能力强、知识面广、思维活跃、具有良好的团队协作精神；
