职位描述

Objectives:
Lead Technical Services teams to provide a strong technical support and services within the E&E Asia

Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage team to guarantee an excellent technical support and services to testing teams, sales teams, customer services teams and external clients;
Supervise the compliance of quality system and implementation within E&E Asia
Lead the team to work with NCB, including confirm about special test configuration and method and resolve certification related issues;
Lead the team to develop new services and scope extensions on line with E&E Asia business strategy;
Coaching, motivation and career development of the teams.
Follow the company internal quality system and adhere to BV CPS quality requirements
Fully comply with the requirements of the Bureau Veritas Code of Ethics

Skills and Requirements:
Proactive working attitude / self motivated / professional.
Maturity allowing to work in an autonomous way / able to solve problems / open to new projects, reactivity.
Creativity, initiative, and independence in solving small problems and propose solutions
Strong written and verbal communications skills including the ability to communicate effectively with a various level of persons.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Good team work spirit and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Good command of international & European Standard Directives (such as ISO, IEC, EN, VDE).
Fluent in English (Spoken/Written).
Proficiency with Windows, Word and Excel.

OUR BENEFITS:
1. Working 8 hours a day and 5 days a week, overtime pay will be counted legally.
2. Social insurance will be paid by company right in the join-in month, and an extra business insurance will be bought by company after probation (generally 3 months).
3. Double paid at end of the year, bonus excluded.
4. 10 days annual leave in the first year of employment without any salary deduction, 12 days in the second year and 15 days in the third year.
5. 12 days sick leave with salary every year.
