岗位技能要求：
1、大专以上学历，一年半以上阿里巴巴国际站运营经验；
2、具有独立运营阿里巴巴国际站的能力，熟悉国际站规则和营销推广技巧；
3、擅长数据分析，能够根据效果分析提出改善方案；
4、熟练办公软件；
5、具备良好的沟通协调能力、执行力强、学习力强、抗压能力强。

岗位职责：
1、负责阿里巴巴国际站账号日常运营维护与推广工作，提升关键词排名与产品转化效果；
2、熟悉国际站平台规则，了解阿里最新规则和发展动态并及时提供优化方案；
3、熟悉关键词挖掘渠道，擅长关键词分析、筛选、建立关键词库；
4、产品精准发布及质量控制，针对产品关键词、标题、图片、视频、详情内页优化等能熟练掌控；
5、每天监控统计后台数据，针对点击率、反馈率、旺铺转化率等定期进行系统分析并作优化调整；
6、熟练P4P推广与数据分析，选品打造爆款、测试关键词出价与有效性、推广产品的效果测试等;
7、优化供应商服务指数各项指标维度，提升供应商服务能力。

上班时间：9：00-18:00；双休；

Sunstone Power Industry Co., Ltd was established in 2003, up to now we have 18 years experience of in manufacturing, marketing, brand name building of battery/battery plates.

Our factories (both plates factory & assembling factory) locate in Kunming City, Yunnan P.R. China. Since Yunnan P.R. is one of the main lead suppliers areas, we have good advantages of quality control, delivery control, and cost control. So far we are the only factory that gets pollution control permission from the government in Yunnan P.R.

Besides this, we set up our German company in Frankfurt since 2017 and Indonesia company in Jakarta since the end of 2018. We have our warehouse in both these two countries. It gives fast delivery and stock supporting European and Southeast Asian markets.
