Job Responsibilities:
1.have basic commodity BOM structure knowledge , work with EMS SBM to align source strategy with continuous improvement on cost per commodity manager’s leadership.
2.Conduct T & C negotiation with key suppliers (MOQ, LT, stocking program).
3.Closely work with EMS to identify supply risk and mitigation plan.
4. Review component demand & supply , identify the supply risk and have solution to drive mitigation plan;
5.Strong sense and good capability on demand/supply planning in view of current marketing dynamic situation (raw material price potential up, LT extension, supply risk, etc)
6.be proactive to propose supply plan with key/critical suppliers to improve supply performance and mitigate potential cost impact.


Requirements
1.college at least, more than 4 years work experience in sourcing/purchasing in EMS.
2.good in written English, well in oral English would be a prefer.
3.Good skills on MS office, especially Excel & PPT.
4.strong negotiations and communication skills.
5.Experience in purchasing electronic materials is preferred.
