Key Responsibilities
? Project Managements - timeline, specification, packaging, certificates
? Lead Project meeting and create project tracker
? Order Management – planning, process verification, materials control, logistic consolidation, shipment.
? Lead the weekly meeting with customer to review order status and solve the issue.
? New product sourcing and RFQ.
? Meet Customer expectations and compliance to Weekly Metrics.
? Evaluate existing processes and provide input to any proposed changes and /or new processes.
? Continue improvement on terms and conditions.
? Drive cost down & supply chain efficiency.
? Support development projects and manage sourcing projects.

Skills
? Good strategic and analytical skills required.
? Be proactive and results driven.
? Ability to work on own initiative and make some commercial decisions.
? Team player with the ability to work well in a pressurised environment to demanding objectives.
? Senior negotiating skills are required with both customers and suppliers to ensure maximum benefit for Exertis SCS.
? Excellent English and communication skills
? Excellent Excel skills
? Flexibility in working hours/days will also be required.

Education and Experience
? Demonstrable experience of customer interaction
? Bachelor Degree or above
? Min 5 years’ experience in a similar role preferably in a multinational environment
? Previous experience of interacting with multiple levels within an organisation
? Demonstrated ability to work in cross functional teams
? Preferred experience on distributions, logistics and supply chain management
