1. 识别客户图纸要求，并可以输出正确的指导性文件； Identify customer drawing requirements and can output correct guidance documents;
2. 根据客户要求，编制公司内部文件，参与新产品评估报价； According to customer requirements, prepare internal company documents and participate in new product evaluation and quotation;
3. 协助生产部对新旧产品问题点、工艺流程或结构设计缺陷改进题； Assist the production department to improve the problem points, process flow or structural design defects of new and old products;
4. 负责新产品设计开发及项目跟进，并主导APQP的推进； Responsible for new product design and development and project follow-up, and lead the promotion of APQP;
5. 负责工程变更管理； Responsible for engineering change management;
6. 完成上级/公司安排的其他工作。 Perform other duties as assigned by Superior/company.
任职资格：
1. 熟悉与机械相关知识和机械制图规范； familiar with mechanical related knowledge and mechanical drawing specification;　　
2. 熟悉新产品开发的相关流程，了解模具的原理和结构； Familiar with the process of new product development, understand the principle and structure of the mold;
3. 熟练掌握一种3D设计软件和一种平面CAD软件, 熟练应用办公软件； Proficient in mastering a 3D design software and a plane CAD software, proficient in using office software;
4. 3年以上连接器和线束产品开发相关经验,熟悉产品生产工艺流程及要求； More than 3 years of experience in connector and wire harness product development, familiar with product production process and requirements;
5. 了解生产装配工艺，熟悉常用的塑料的性能以及典型的应用范围； Knowledge of production assembly process, familiar with common plastic properties and typical application range;
6. 熟悉ISO 9001、ISO 14001、IATF 16949等标准化管理体系，熟悉五大工具（FMEA、SPC、MSA、APQP、PPAP）； Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949 and other standardized management systems，Be familiar with the tools: FMEA、SPC、MSA、APQP、PPAP；
7. 具备一定的英语基础，能够识别英文图纸及资料, 可口语交流者佳； Possess a certain English foundation, able to recognize English drawings and documents, and can communicate in oral language;
8. 大专及以上学历。 College degree or above.
