Position Description:

Manage ODM products from manufacturing perspective to support new product development and launching in global site;

Define and review new ODM product different stages’ manufacturing quality goal and lead Mfg issues solving and solution implementing, ensure new product launching smoothly and successfully;

Enable and evaluate ODM and EMS with systematic audit and drive its improvement to meet requirements;

Regularly review ODM performance and drive continuous improvement actions to to support company’s business;

Collaborate with Site quality to drive ODM quality issue fast closure and D/B material continuous improvement;

Define ODM/EMS certification standard/evaluation method, and develop the ODM Mfg capability according standard, ensure resource pool is qualified.    

Position Requirements:

Min Bachelor Degree in any Engineering disciplines, at least 5 years working experience in Electronic manufactory, Detail engineering experience in electronic Material, Manufacture, SMT, Assembly, IE, Testing, NPI and Quality (at least 2 of above experience is needed) Process engineer/mechanical engineer and quality engineer experience will be preferred

Project management experience in manufacture,  PMP certification is preferred;

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concept and theories, good Statistical knowledge with analytical and problem solving skills, 6 sigma GB or BB is preferred;

Expect behavior:- Hands-on experience in detail; could Make decision and take risk in change environment; follow the guidance with transparent approach;

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, good report writing and presentation skills;

Good at Microsoft office software, data analysis software.
