职位描述
电子硬件设计和开发，按时交付高质量、可靠、满足客户要求的产品；
创建和维护产品规格、设计等相关技术文档；
在元器件层面能够对微控制器和嵌入式混合信号系统进行设计开发以及故障排除；
使用标准工具进行原理图设计，PCB电路板布局，完成PCB电路板的开发验证等。
发起或参与硬件/平台的设计评审；
与结构、软件、生产等相关部门紧密合作，确保相关项目的顺利实施；
在元器件选型、认证及生产等相关领域与采购部门进行良好的沟通与合作；
理解相关设计开发的商业用途，并根据市场的需求提出解决方案；
合理评估开发工作量，并能按相关评估完成相关工作；
与客户和销售市场团队密切合作，了解市场的需求或存在的问题，提出解决方案；
不断提升和完善硬件开发流程；
对未来的开发平台决策积极主动地提出想法和建议，***限度地节省资源、提升效率；
维护和使用硬件工程标准；
解决交付后的技术问题。

Create and maintain product technical documentation – specification, design documents.
Designing and troubleshooting microcontrollers and embedded mixed-signal systems at the component level.
Perform schematic capture, work with layout resources, and perform board bring-up and development validation on designs.
Initiate and participate in hardware/platform design reviews.
Work closely with other departments (mechanical, software, production, etc) to support ongoing design tasks and projects.
Work with Supply Chain and suppliers in component selection, approval and manufacturing.
Understands intended business use of the designs and develops solutions to meet business needs.
Estimate work effort and perform to those estimations.
Work closely with the customer and technical teams to understand needs/problems and develop designs and solutions to solve these problems.
Continually improving hardware engineering process by working on improvement initiatives.
Be proactive in designs and architectures for future platform development decisions to maximize reuse and cost efficiencies.
Maintain and use hardware engineering standards.
Resolve technical questions and issues post-delivery.

任职要求：
本科或以上学历，电子工程、计算机工程或相关专业；
5年以上嵌入式硬件开发经验（如您的经验丰富，工作年限可放宽）；
精通C/C++；
精通嵌入式系统的设计、开发以及Debugging；
能够阅读、审核、理解原理图，并且能编写软件进行相关控制；
具备丰富的嵌入式处理器相关知识，如ARM、STM32、PIC、飞思卡尔、瑞萨等；
有以下通信协议经验者优先：蜂窝通信、Zigbee、Wifi、USB、以太网、蓝牙、CAN总线。
模拟和数字电路设计经验；
具备工业和/或汽车测试设备开发经验的优先；
具备曾经参与FCC、CE、UL等认证的工作经验优先
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in embedded hardware development (if you’ve got great experience but less than 5 years, let us see your resume anyway).
Expertise in C/C++.
Expertise in embedded systems design, development, and debugging.
Ability to read, review, and understand schematics, and write software to control it.
Experience in HW/SW co-design, development, and manufacturing
Strong working knowledge in embedded processors, such as ARM, STM32, PIC, Freescale, Renesas, etc.
Experience with the following communication protocols a plus: Cellular communication, Zigbee, Wifi, USB, Ethernet, Bluetooth, CAN Bus.
Experience in analog and digital circuit design.
Experience in developing for industrial and/or automotive testing equipment a plus
Experience with regulating agencies, such as FCC, CE, UL, etc, a plus.
