Working Location: 福田保税区

Responsibilities:

- Reports to CTS General Manager for day to day operations

- Report to the Group CIO and PCH IT Manager on a weekly basis

- Responsible for the planning, administration and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, include the equipment warranty and upgrade

- Manage the IT Support Team, hire and train new team members, provide mentoring and career development, analyze and monitor individual team member’s performance

- Responsible for IT support ensuring the IT department is providing around the clock expert support both internally and to our external multinational clients. Mange support timetable and roster support as required on short notice

- Negotiate service level agreements with both internal and external customers and service providers and monitor service delivery to ensure the agreed targets and standards are met

- Responsible for the implementation of policies, procedures and standards relating to IT systems including ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 28000

- Oversee the IT set up of new facilities, including the infrastructure and hiring and training of new staff

Work with both the operations team and software development team to help with the requirements gathering,rollout and training of new systems or changes to existing systems

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5+ Years IT Management Experience with a strong primary degree in Computer Science or related IT discipline. Comfortable in decision making and managing an IT Budget

- Proven background within the Manufacturing industry. Experience of managing multi-site IT Infrastructure, services and support utilizing a small team and limited resources

- Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin with a positive 'can do' attitude. Capable of interacting at all levels from end-user to senior management

- Up to dater knowledge of IT hardware, Networking and IT systems associated with a fast moving manufacturing company

- Ability to project manages multiple projects using recognized project management skills to meet time critical deadlines

- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft products would be desirable such as SQL Server, Dynamics AX ERP, Forefront TMG, Data Protection Manager, System Center Operations Manager
