Functional Responsibilities:

1) Ensure timely and accurate monthly close, reporting for the China entity to meet FP&A reporting timelines

o Prepare monthly payroll journal with accurate allocations

o Review and approve payment and employee reimbursement

o Review and approve the monthly fee billings

o Maintain consistent month end close procedures

2) Provide high quality and insightful financial reporting and analysis, including intercompany reconciliations, monthly balance sheet reconciliations and variance analytics

o Assume full control of Balance Sheet through reconciliation of higher risk balance sheet accounts and review all other control accounts prepared by the GL Accountants

o In charge of AR aging report, cash flow reports, consolidated TB reports to US corporate, monthly valuation reports of GP entities, etc.

o Give proposal of quarterly dividend plan

3) Ensure statutory accounts and tax filing compliance with local authorities for the China entity

o Be the key liaison to support the annual group and local audit process and respond to audit requests

o Responsible for annual tax filing, tax refund, transfer pricing report and other tax issues

o Assist US team to finalize US tax template

4)Support the finance team with any additional ad hoc requirements/ new projects, including develop AX system, implement Kyriba payment method, etc.

Essential Requirements:

o At least 5 years working experience, experience in an international company will be a plus

o Advanced skills with Excel (i.e., analytics, pivot tables). Experience with tools to drive finance automation is a plus

o Analytical and problem-solving skills

o Team Player, and self-motivated, able to work independent in a dynamic environment

o Fluent in written and oral English communication

o Someone who is detail oriented, organized, adaptable, passionate, solutions-focused, innovative and being bold

o Bachelor's degree is a must, and CPA is a plus
