采购 岗位要求

一、主要岗位职责

开发合格供应商及与现有合格供应商保持紧密联系，供应商日常评鉴及考核。

根据销售预测和生产需求计划和采购物料计划。

对物料询价、比价及议价且适时、适量、合适价格购进所需材料。提供最新市场行情并参与采购决策。

采购合同签订执行，物料进度跟进、来料入库、供应商对帐与货款安排及来料异常处理。跟外协PCBA厂沟通跟进物料发放和生产状态。

跟研发/生产/QA及时沟通新物料、物料变更及异常等状态。

ERP系统的物料消耗等日常数据维护、根据生产状况严格控制库存；及时处理有异常情并况影响到生产计划完成的问题并及时汇报。

配合部门达成考核目标，其他物料相关配合工作。

二、任职要求

中专及以上文化，有工厂电子料采购工作经验，熟悉常见品牌元件、线路板、主动、被动元器件等采购两年以上相关工作经验。

熟悉采购流程与ERP等系统；熟练运用OFFICE等办公软件。具备良好的沟通表达能力，有团队合作精神。

勤奋诚实良好的职业道德、品行端正、思路清晰，责任心强及强烈的成本意识。

市场行情的调查、动态资讯收集、整理，及时上报，以便及时调整采购策略。
