工作职责：
1、参与呼吸监护用气体传感器的机械结构和气路系统的测试验证；硬件电路信号测试、单模块功能或整机集成功能测试。
2、参与气体模块附件和呼吸机相关附件产品转移验证和物料改代相关的测试验证。
3、参与新产品导入工作，通过完成各版样机装配，组织团队通过样机装配评估每版样机可制造性需求达成、发现可制造性问题并建立管理专题推动改善；就产品可制造性、工艺可执行性、产品质量表现等维度对产品可量产性进行评估确认。
4、参与工装验收、PCBA测试评审、能根据测试方案及原理完成工装或软件异常修复，基于故障库提出测试优化方案；
5、参与归档与合规性工作及转移验证过程的质量管理及相关文档的撰写与维护
职位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，电子、计算机、自动化、通信、生物医学工程等相关专业；熟悉机械设计，流体力学，材料及成型相关知识。
2、3年以上硬件或系统设计工作经验，新产品导入（PE、ME)相关工作经验，熟悉产品DFMA要求，熟悉硬件测试流程，了解硬件测试基本理论知识。掌握典型数字电路和模拟电路测试方法，并输出完整详实的测试报告；有医疗呼吸机产品项目经验优先；
3、熟悉问题解决工具（鱼骨图、5why法、QC7大工具、8D等），对精益生产有一定的了解；
4、具备较强的沟通能力和逻辑思考能力；执行力强，能推动不同职能方向开展工作
5、具备严谨、细致、敬业的工作态度和良好的职业道德；有不断学习进取和团队合作精神，有责任心。

Job Description:
1. Participate in the testing and verification of the mechanical structure and air circuit system of the gas sensor for breath monitoring; Hardware circuit signal test, single module function test or integrated function test.
2. Participate in product transfer verification of gas module accessories and ventilator related accessories and test verification of material replacement.
3. Participate in the introduction of new products, organize the team to evaluate the fulfillment of manufacturability requirements of each version of prototype through prototype assembly, find manufacturability problems and establish management topics to promote improvement; Evaluate and confirm the mass production of products in terms of manufacturability, process execution, product quality performance and other dimensions.
4. Participate in tooling acceptance, PCBA test review, complete tooling or software anomaly repair according to test scheme and principle, and propose test optimization scheme based on fault database;
5. Participated in archiving and compliance work, quality management of transfer verification process, and writing and maintenance of related documents


Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics, computer, automation, communication, biomedical engineering or related; Familiar with mechanical design, fluid mechanics, material and molding knowledge.
At least 2 or 3 years working experience in hardware or system design, new product introduction (PE, ME) related work experience, familiar with DFMA requirements, familiar with hardware testing process, understand the basic theoretical knowledge of hardware testing. Master typical digital circuit and analog circuit test methods, and output a complete and detailed test report; Experience in medical ventilator product projects is preferred;
3. Familiar with problem solving tools (fishbone diagram, 5WHY method, QC7 tools, 8D, etc.), have a certain understanding of lean production;
4. Strong communication skills and logical thinking ability; Strong executive ability, can promote different functional direction to carry out work
5. Rigorous, meticulous, dedicated work attitude and good professional ethics; Have the spirit of continuous learning and team work, have the sense of responsibility.
