We are looking for an exceptional Sales Administrator who can:

1. Coordinating Sales organization to reach the sales target POR and aim at breakthrough China VSD business.

2. Responsible for China VSD Equipment and Service non-technical inquiries handling with relevant MKS factories and cross function departments, such as: new account set up, quotation preparation, price modifications, order fulfillment, License monitoring, scheduling date coordinating tracking, coordinating shipment, A/R recognitions, Invoice creating, pushing payment (especial Prepayment), customer relationship maintenance under US Export Compliance Rules and MKS policies.

What will you bring to the team, along with your curiosity is:
1. Bachelor or above Degree.
2. Major of English or International Trade preferred.
3. bove 8 years of working experience of Sales Administrator, foreign trade etc.
4. Know how to Use Oracle is preferred.
