Supervise external manufacturers, ensuring quality control are in place.

Diagnose problems in the production process and provide recommendations and solutions
能够判断在生产过程中出现的问题并提出建议和解决方案。
Coordinate with Engineering Team to develop and launch new products to production.
协助电子工程师团队完成开发、投入新产品。
Provide support for related activities of product development processes.
产品推进过程中，能够给予各项相关环节支持和协助。
Prepare project timelines and identify all resources requirement for launching new product to production. Monitor and report the progress and results.
准备项目时间表，确定新产品投产所需的所有资源，监督并报告进度和结果。  
Liaise with Manufacturing and Quality Department. Manage communication across key departments and stakeholders.
与制造部和质量部保持联系，管理关键部门和利益相关者之间的沟通。  
Support product test plans and validations.
支持产品测试计划以及验证。
Monitor operations of product and evaluate designs and ensure adherence to all design and manufacture principles.
监督产品操作，评估设计，确保符合所有设计和制造原则。
Analyze and recommend corrective action in case of any failure from production and field/customers.
任何来自生产和现场/客户的故障，能够分析、建议并给出纠正措施。
Factory assignment is a must (around 75%).
能够指派去广东省内工厂对应。(非驻厂)。（大约75%）




Requirements:
Degree in engineering .
理工专业背景。
Proficiency in English.
英语熟练，能与国外直接电话沟通水平。
Proven experience in the engineering field.
在工程领域至少2年的工作经验。
Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
优秀的分析、解决问题能力并具有批判性思维技巧。
Strong leadership abilities.
强有力的领导能力。
Strong knowledge of the consumer electronic products.
对消费电子有丰富的知识。
Strong background in Supplier Management.
有较强的供应商管理背景。
Excellent verbal and written communication skills，Strong problem-solving skills 
优秀的口头和书面沟通和表达能力、解决问题的能力。
Ability to work with minimal supervision
能够在没有监督情况下自觉工作。
