职位描述
Job Responsibilities
? Conducts validation audit to assess working conditions against the Disney Code as per Disney’s audit standards and protocol. Approximately 50-60% travel, locally and to outlining areas as assigned.
? Conducts preaudit research and review related documents to prepare for audit of assigned facilities. Independently executes audit processes following standard procedures and policies.
? Provides clarity of issues identified and remediation guidance to facility management and staff.
? Completes audit reports fully and accurately after the audit process and in a timely fashion.
? Stays up-to-date with relevant amendments to local laws, ordinances, regulations and industry codes related to the manufacturing facilities that produce Disney goods.
? Participates and supports training of ILS auditors, 3rd party audit firms, Disney Licensees, Vendors, agents and MSIs as appropriate.
Basic Qualifications
? Possesses knowledge in social compliance auditing, China labor laws, prevailing industry standards and practices related to the manufacture of goods.
? Minimum of 3 years work experience in an international work environment, preferably in compliance auditing or supplier management.
? University Degree or equivalent work experience. Degree in law, accounting, environment, social Work, manufacturing operation and business management would be beneficial.
? Good time management and communication skills
? Strong analytical, organisational abilities and decision-making skills
? Proficient with MS Office, e.g. Outlook, Excel and Word; fluent in verbal and written English and Mandarin.
? High level of integrity
