Senior Electronics Engineer（高级电子工程师，经理级别职位）

Responsibilities and Experience
职位经验要求

General Management
· Develop strategy, tactics, risk management plans etc.
· Develop plan on resources required for strategy implementation (people,
budget etc)

Team Management
· Analyse and Monitor Individual Team Members Performance (establish
standards and system KPI)
· Hire and evaluate additional team members if necessary

Research and Development
· Overall responsible for the electrical design of the E-cig, such as the Circuit
and PCBA layout design
· Evaluate and determine overall solution for the electronic problems
· Evaluate and improve the existing product circuit

Testing and Improvement
· Define the product testing requirement before project start
· Responsible for qualification of electronics components and processes
· Support trial run in manufacturing when it’s required
· Ensures completion of all required deliverables per project schedule
· Setup the working routine and process in electronics team

Knowledge
· Full high degree or equivalent in electronics / electronic engineering
· > 8 years electronic design experiences of consumer products
· > 3 years as senior electronics engineer
· Experience and knowledge in PCBA design and implementation
· Experience and knowledge in single-chip ASIC, FPGA solutions design
· In depth knowledge of digital and analogue circuits
· English, can read and write
