岗位职责：

1、协助总经理处理邮件（英文、中文），撰写公文等；
2、亲和力强，主动性强，思维敏锐，细心周到，处事果断；
3、负责总经理日常经营工作中文件的起草；
4、协助安排外出行程、翻译资料以及客户跟进事宜。
5、根据领导安排的工作，跟进、协调独立项目。

任职要求：

1、大专以上学历，外贸、英语专业优先，男女不限，身体健康，相貌端正；
2、一年以上外贸高管助理工作经验；
3、英文八级，具有良好听、说、写能力；（此条件为硬性条件，不符者勿试！）
4、细心、有条理、协调统筹能力强，具备良好的沟通能力；
5、能熟练使用Word、Excel等办公软件；
6、品德优良、忠实可靠、工作认真仔细，责任心强。
