Job Responsibilities:
To propose, implement and ensure effective execution of HR programs regarding Resources Development, Training, recruiting, C & B and Employee Relations in line with company HR strategy to support company priorities and enhance organization capability in the company.
1.To maintain and develop HR policies, ensuring compliance and to contribute the development of corporate HR policies.
2.To ensure the provision of a professional HR service to the organization.
3.To ensure timely recruitment of required staff, in order to meet business needs, focusing on Employee Retention and key Employee Identification initiatives.
4.Prepare information and input for the salary budgets. Ensure compliance to the approved salary budget; give focus on pay for performance and salary benchmarks where available. Ensure adherence to corporate guideline on salary adjustments and promotions. Coordinate increments and promotions of all staff.
5.Ensure appropriate communication at all staff levels.
6.To facilitate development of staff with special focus on Line Management
7.Administer all employee benefit programs with conjunction with the Finance and Administration department.
8.Provide counsel and assistance to employees at all levels in accordance with the company's policies and procedures as well as relevant legislation.
Job Requirements:
1.At least a holder of a Bachelor's Degree in any of these fields: Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Business Management or any HR-related course.
2.Minimum of 3-4 years of working experience in Human Resources Management.
3.Has the ability to work in a fast-paced & culturally-diverse organization; be able to adapt in a work environment that is composed of local Chinese and Asian Expatriates; a team player;
4.Must have very good or excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin as well as very good or excellent presentation skills
5.Proficiency in Microsoft programs like Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
