职位描述
§ Communicate and liaise with suppliers, Tar Heel Trading, US Team.
§ Develop and keep good business relationship with clients.
§ Manage customer requests and coordinate with various parties to ensure orders and billing requests are handled
promptly and accurately.
§ Reviews working procedures or workflow on a regular basis & recommends enhancement or automation on such if
deemed necessary.
§ A communication hub of all functions.
§ Other tasks assigned by company.
Requirements
§ Have at least 1 year experience in customer service area.
§ Experience working in reputable Global (European and USA) retail chain stores/buying office is preferred.
§ Conversant with PC skills
§ Good interpersonal communication skills
§ Team player, quick study, energetic
§ Excellent written and spoken English
§ Service minded, proactive and takes initiatives.
§ Patient, detail-oriented.
