Academic Qualification
1. Bachelor Degree in Science / Engineering / Management.
2. Professional Certificate in Factory Auditing.

Working Experience
1. Two years’ experience as a Factory Auditor in a US / UK sourcing office or third party audit firm.

Professional Knowledge
1. Familiar with social compliance audit standards and procedures (SA8000 / ICTI / Wal-Mart / Target / Sears /Hasbro / Disney / Sedex / SEMTA / Tesco / Boots / Sainsburys / ASDA).
2. Familiar with supply chain security audit standards and procedures (C-TPAT / ITS-GVS).
3. Familiar with environmemtal sustainability audit stanfards and procedures (ISO 14000 / Wal-Mart / Target /FSC / EUTR).
4. Familiar with quality management system audit standards and procedures (ISO 9000 / ITS-SQP).
5. Familiar with China Labor Law.

Skill Set
1. Fluent in oral and written English (CET-6 level minimum ).
2. Proficient in PC operations (Word / Excel / PowerPoint ).

Job Responsibility
1. Perform on-site social compliance audits.
2. Perform on-site supply chain security audits.
3. Perform on-site environment sustainability audits.
4. Perform on-site quality management audits.
5. Issue audit reports and CAPs.
6. Work internally and externally to resolve factory audit related issues.
7. Coach suppliers to comply with factory audit requirements.
8. Provide administrative support to the Asia Audit Team.
