Key Areas of Responsibilities:

·Lead an accountants payable and fixed assets accounting team. Review accounting vouchers before posting.

·Close the book in a timely manner. Prepare financial statements and report to Hyperion.

·Coordinate budget of SG&A and capital expenditure. Conduct variance analysis on regular basis.

·Implement fixed assets safeguard process. Lead fixed assets annual physical reconciliation.

·Manage cash position and submit cash flow rolling forecast report.

·Maintain the company business registration and update in any.

·To build a professional team. Provide coaching to direct reports as needed and meet the team target through team efforts.

Qualification:
·Academic/Professional Qualification: Major in finance. CPA/ACCA/Certified Accountant preferred.
·Working Experience: 5 years
·Expertise/Skills: Excel/accounting system
·Language skills: Very Good English speaking and Mandarin
·Personal Attributes: Good communication and cooperation, pro-active and good team work
