Main Job Responsibilities
工作职责

1、 建立供应商质量管理体系；
Establish supplier quality control system.
2、协助采购进行供应商的开发和选择并负责对其能力进行评审；
Assist to purchasing department of responsible for supplier’s qualification & evaluation activities
3.批量生产过程中，组织定期对供应商进行现场的辅导和对其能力进行评审；
Organize audit supplier quality system and process; evaluate process capability during bulk production.
4、监控供应商产品质量问题，督促供应商进行整改，并对整改情况进行跟踪；
Resolve material quality with vendor & follow-up with Corrective Action"
5、对供应商质量数据进行统计以推进供应商持续改善；
Monitor major vendors performance & drive for continuous improvem
6、SQE日常工作;
SQE daily work.
7、对供应商质量数据进行统计以推进供应商持续改善；
Monitor major vendors performance & drive for continuous improvement
8、指导和管理SQE日常工作;
Guidance and managing SQE daily work.
9、负责本部门内ISO14000的推进与维护工作;
Responsible for ISO14000 implement and maintenance.
10、负责上级指派的其他任务。
Resolve immediate needs or urgent issues as directed by manager.

Requriements:
任职要求：

1 Familiar with various test equipment and checking jigs.
2 Understand mechanical and plastic engineering
3 Familiar with computer and can use English to daily work
4 Familiar with manage system
5 Familiar with quality control .
6.5-8 years related working experience in manufacturing environment
7.Major in Mechanical/ material/Automation control/Industry Engineering with B.S degree.
