Job Purpose ：

Leads underlings to improve quality to reach quality target
Manages underlings to run process quality & finished good inspection function
Keep tools & vise grip process stable to indirectly support deliver schedule


Main Responsibilities and deliverables：
1. To provide leadership in the inspection activity, process quality control and finished goods quality.
2. Leads underlings to implement quality system & ensure its validity.
3. Join internal & external quality system audit & preparation
4. Review & control quality plan, control plan, inspection instruction to ensure correctly implement.
5. Assistant manager to handle customer complaint & make improvement action.
6. Leads underlings to keep process stable & improvement to make sure production smoothly.
7. Join new project development activity and assistant team to speed up schedule.
8. Work with team to resolve quality issue in line and follow up process quality improvement
9. Work with team to improve process to increase productivity & reduce scrap.
10. Establishing the yearly training plan to upgrade the ability to work and to adapt the environment

Qualifications：
At 1 year Mechanical Technology or above
At least 3 years in Quality Assurance experience include ISO quality management system.
Basic Microsoft Applications & computer operation
Be familiar with operating QC tools
Pro-active and always do an activity to prevent issues


Knowledge & Skills：
Quality Management Systems related to ISO9001, ISO140001
Internal Quality Auditing
QC Tools Applications
AQL Sampling Application
Measurement System Analysis Application
Product Standards & Material Testing
Safety Regulation Compliance Control
Problem Solving – Prevention Tools Approach such as Global 8D Methodology , FMEA , and Control Plan
